The society has a palliative care clinic run by a team of trained doctors nurses and volunteers. The clinic conducts OP every thursday and about 40 to 50 patients make use of this facility. Free medicine is provided and TA/DA is also given by the clinic in deservind cases.  The clinic is now functioning in own building of pratheeksha known as Pratheeksha Bhavan.
